Film Hackathon is an intensive filmmaking internship programme designed for emerging filmmakers who want hands-on, real-world experience rather than academic theory.

Munsur Ali
Munsur founded Film Hackathon out of a passion for independent film and community access to the arts. A filmmaker, studio owner, and cultural sector professional of over 20 years, he is an elected member of the City of London Corporation and a board member of the Barbican and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Jan Bros
Jan is a London-based regeneration professional with a track record of partnership delivery across the capital. Her work spans the Concordia Partnership, Tower Hamlets’ third sector commissioning, and the e3 Partnership with the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government.
Novera Rahman
Novera is a creative producer and development executive working across film, television, and digital content. With experience spanning international co-productions, feature development, and large-scale animation slates, her work focuses on culturally grounded storytelling, strategic development, and building sustainable creative ecosystems across global markets.
Richard Van Gramberg
Richard is a writer and filmmaker, as well as the Head of Operations for the Limelight Film Awards. He has led film training programmes in London focused on storytelling and socially engaged filmmaking.
Shanaab Alam
Shahnaab is an acclaimed independent movie producer best known for his work on films including Dhoom, Dhoom 2, Kabul Express, and The Lunchbox. His projects have been selected at the Cannes Film Festival.
Theodore Lamarche
Theodore supports Film Hackathon operations and administration, helping coordinate programme delivery, communications, and participant engagement across the organisation.
