You qualify if you are:
- Aged 18–25
- Living in Tower Hamlets, Newham, Hackney, Barking & Dagenham, or Havering
- Not in full-time employment or education
Evidence required: proof of address, proof of age, confirmation of employment/education status, and financial position (see below).
Part subsidised — £1,250
50% subsidy · Limited places
Open to all applicants. Evidence of financial position is required (see item c below). Suitable for early stage film professionals and new entrants.
Full rate — £2,500
Open to all. No eligibility evidence required. Suitable for early stage film professionals and new entrants. No evidence is required.

Address
Two bills or documents from a reputable institution such as a college, university, or government agency.
Age
Valid ID confirming you are aged 18–25.
Financial position
Savings below £5,000 and a combined household income below £50,000. An undertaking will be signed.
Employment and education status
Must not be in full-time employment or education. Two references from reputable individuals or institutions required.
Film Hackathon’s decision on the acceptability of all evidence is final.
